A: You will meet with the Physical Therapist and be evaluated. A Plan Of Care will be developed for you, that outlines the treatment you will receive based on the doctors orders and therapist findings.

A: Wear loose comfortable clothing and no jewelry.

A: Yes, you can still attend your appointment. However, you will be required to pay your missed copay on your next appointment.

A: Our office policy requires that you have an M.D. referral even though your insurance policy does not. In some cases we may not require a referral if you are paying out of pocket.

A: Although circumstances come up it is important to keep your appointment at your best ability, but if it is not possible we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you may be charged a $25.00 fee.
